Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfactory rental experience for all our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes or cancellations to rental reservations. The following refund policy outlines the terms under which we will issue refunds.
Reservation Cancellations
- Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund of the rental charges.
- Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund, but the renter may apply the paid amount as a credit towards a future rental within the next 6 months.
- No-shows or reservations cancelled on the day of pick-up are not eligible for any refund.
Early Returns
- If a renter returns the vehicle earlier than the originally scheduled drop-off date, a prorated refund for the unused rental days will be issued, provided the renter gives at least 4 hours’ notice.
- No refunds will be given for early returns without advance notice.
Mechanical Issues/Vehicle Defects
- If a rented vehicle experiences a mechanical failure or defect that prevents normal operation, the renter should immediately notify us. We will either repair the vehicle or provide a replacement at no additional cost to the renter.
- In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the vehicle, the renter will receive a full refund for the unused portion of the rental period.
Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds for charges such as insurance, taxes, and fees will be prorated based on the actual rental period.
